Networking Women in Business Conference: 2026

‍On 8 March 2025, I attended the ‘She Means Business’ conference hosted at the Fairmont Resort in Leura, Blue Mountains, NSW, as part of International Women’s Day celebrations. 

Re-Mattering with Lisa O’Neill

This was an amazing day – transformative. The day opened with a keynote address from the incredible Lisa O’Neill (Lisa O), renowned empowerment speaker. She was witty, hilarious and frank, with so much excitement and energy.

Lisa spoke clearly about the true requirement for life organisation, a positive mindset and adequate rest; life enhances through the balance of spiritual, emotional, mental and physical attunement. She recognised the hidden stressors and people pleasing that women tend to do – all the extra, additional, and bonus services and gestures women tended to stack against themselves.

We heard from an expert panel sharing real stories and strategies from women in business. 

Wellness specialist Susan Hunter promoted a balanced and achievable approached to nutrition and health as the key to creative power.

Louise Dutka spoke to her AI and technology business, and how to leverage prompts for AI developed websites, platforms and portals to maintain control of your business assets.

Kylie Lukic spoke on Business Growth and offered a very helpful strategic thinking workshop which I attended in the afternoon.

I landed at this conference at the last minute when 2 extra tickets became available via a friend of a friend. My dear friend and co-creator Eloise Hautecloche invited me just the day before to attend the event. Eloise offers a very powerful transformation process called an ‘Aura Transformation’.

I participated in an Aura Transformation process at the start of 2026, and it was a profound experience – advanced, and profound (separate article on this to come).

A powerful and advanced process to call back fragments of the soul and reconfigure a completely fortified crystalline aura.

Eloise is also running a beautiful conscious dance event in Katoomba weekly as of May, which I luckily and joyfully help to set up and hold.

What is conscious dance? Find is at the Inner Space in Katoomba weekly from May 2026.

Eloise, through her incredible networking received the free tickets from Amanda from ‘Foraged and Forged’ in Katoomba. Amanda creates wonderful sewn creatures and beings and runs a Friday ‘stitch and bitch’ workshop in Katoomba.

‍What lands for me from this day is the importance of the network, collaborators and just friends in a similar lane - expanding and having a good time succeeding in life. Success comes off the back of knowing what you want, knowing who you are, and not letting fears and doubts narrate or dictate your actions.

It’s more than talking shop and dry calculated business. It’s the energetic expansion of possibilities available from cross-pollination. Women are divine portals of life. Our capacity for creation and business with heart, soul and substance is unmatched.

We offer more value for our clients - because we stay enriched and enlivened. We show up and deliver, helping our clients with their desired transformations – because we walk the walk and have done the work.

I was delighted to see the spiritual and energetic component that is becoming part of the foundational infrastructure that so many women in business implement. We are understanding that purpose and mission must be in alignment and be in devotion to ‘the cause’ – organic and natural - what we are born to do.

I’ve worked hard to cultivate what comes natural to me. I have faith in my aligned trajectory and service offering.I’m excited to get to work designing spaces for growth and transformation - and I’ve been called a genius on 3 separate occasions this week alone :)

Bonnie is an incredibly creative soul - a talented guitarist and singer - a mystical cosmic power force - a divine lightening strike! She runs workshops and gives guitar lessons in Haddington Scotland! We chat on video messages every day and I value her wisdom, her mirror and her poetic and infectious joy.

I aspire to lift up and shout out my fellow women in business – who are all working in service to create a beautiful world to live in. This is what we need in 2026. To drown out the sighs of a dying empire and seed the new wave of matriarch led services and industries.
