Creating Bespoke Rituals

Rituals exist in our lives - whether we’re created them intentionally or they have been built around habit.

Just as we are all creating and manifesting the experience of our lives - we are either curating these steps intentionally or floating under the influence of the world around us.

This is where Human Design can truely support our routines and rituals. Each of us has a unique energetic blueprint which can support us to formulate a ritual or a flow that aligns with who are are here to be. Removing the noise and conditioning aspects which cloud up our system.

Are you someone who has a fixed schedule or tend to be someone who moves in extremes? Are you spending money on luxurious new products without pause to determine if the brand has lured you into a vulnerable consumer state?

Ritual can be so simple. A small act which doesn’t need fanfare and fancy. Cupping water and splashing the face - mindfully, washing the day from your mind and your concerns. This can be a powerful ritual with the focus of intention.

Colour psychology is a great tool for ritual. When we understand how colours represent feelings, moods and associations - we are better able to create intentions with colours to represent our desires. If we are grieving - we may want to create a ritual to acknowledge and honour grief - to give it time and space to tend to - without it overwhelming all our waking hours. You might select a blue flower and a white flower - from the sidewalk or a field. Something blue and something white from anywhere in nature. Blue can represent death and emotional calm. White represents peace and forgiveness. With these symbols, take a minute in the day to gaze on them and hold the memory of what is lost. It can be a simple as this.

We are creating containers within rituals. It becomes a place which provides a certain purpose. A place and time where we focus and tribute to the set intention. Reflective or advanced.

Sunbaker studios is all about the intentional integration of modalities which support inner healing and future wellness - without needing to forget or diminish our past. We take all our experiences with us and leave nothing behind.

Design is not just about pretty things - design is a culmination of all that has been before. It is not about spending and consuming for the sake or feeling better. It is about truely realising what is important, what matters and what will aid the deliverance of who we are here to be.

Slowing down to create intentional rituals can support us to rectify or rebalance the habits which keep us in a perpetual loop. Its a way to break a chain, to take a step - into a new season. A ritual tells the self we are ready for what is next.
