Finding a state of flow in work, life or relationships - is all about preparation. Becoming attuned to the instrument. Setting up the steps in order to activate a ‘letting go’.
Flow is about becoming familiar with your own natural rhythms and cycles, it’s preparing your environment for easy movement - to encourage activity or enable rest. Its about staying in contact and communicating with your network - to let people know what you’re up to, what you need and when you’ll be available.
My passion is really in preparing the space to create. The mental, spiritual and the physical space to dream, to expand - to cultivate and contemplate. I use a holistic energetic system called Human Design to support my understanding of a person’s unique energetic blueprint - from there we can create an optimised space which encourages the perfected balance or work, rest and play. I myself have thrived with the awareness of Human Design - which helps me understand how I best work, think, create, connect, and revive.
It’s taken quite a bit of personal work, discovery and introspection to illuminate my own unique gifts. Of those gifts is an ability to understand the needs of others.
When I run a Human Design analysis for my clients, I can see what ideal environments can support their own energetic flow. In addition, I have the experience as a multi passionate creative who has had practical experience in recording studios, art galleries, film sets, editing suites, rehearsal studios, ritual spaces and meditation circles.
I’m stepping into a very fresh niche and offering something that very few - maybe no one -has ever offered before. While I’m aware of some interior designers offering Human Design to support their work - we are all using it in a different way.
